We're Floris
and Quinten.
Not experts, not coaches. Two people who spent too long on their screens and went looking for what actually works.

Two or three sentences: what you do, why you're in this, and what set it off for you personally. One concrete detail beats a general motivation — the moment you thought: this can't go on.

Same shape. Keep it short and personal; this is the page where people decide whether they trust you, not whether you're right.
Why we do this
The advice we found everywhere didn't work
Every article about screen time comes down to the same thing: be more disciplined. Set a limit, stick to it, and if you can't, try harder. We did that for years and it never worked once.
What did work had nothing to do with discipline. It was about where things are. About what's within reach when you're bored. About moving something once instead of sustaining something every day.
So we write down what we try, including what fails. There's plenty out there about how it ought to work. There's far too little about what happens when you actually do it.
Does this match your own story? I derived it from the texts on the old site. Change it freely — it's a starting point, not an assumption about your motives.
